These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you use the GotStuffUK website or purchase products from us.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. About us

This website is operated by:

GotStuffUK
7 Goyt Crescent
Stockport
SK1 2HA
United Kingdom

Email: gotstuffuk@gmail.com

References in these terms to “GotStuffUK”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GotStuffUK. References to “you” and “your” refer to the customer or website visitor.

2. Our products

GotStuffUK sells products including 3D-printed items, hand-finished and hand-painted products, display ornaments, gothic products, coasters, wall art, figures and personalised or custom-made products.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, prices and photographs are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and display settings.

Many of our products are 3D printed, hand finished or hand painted. Minor variations in colour, texture, layer lines, surface finish or painted detail can occur as part of the production process. These natural variations are not normally considered faults unless the product is materially different from its description, damaged or unsuitable for its intended purpose.

3. Product safety and intended use

Please follow any safety instructions supplied with a product.

Unless a product description specifically says otherwise, decorative figures and ornaments are not toys and may not be suitable for children.

Products containing small parts should be kept away from young children and pets. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used only for their stated purpose.

4. Placing an order

To place an order, add the products you wish to purchase to your basket and complete the checkout process.

You are responsible for checking that:

  • The products and quantities are correct
  • Personalisation details are accurate
  • Your delivery and billing information is complete
  • Your email address is correct
  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method

After placing an order, you should receive an order acknowledgement by email. This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the products, whichever happens first.

5. Refusing or cancelling an order

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where:

  • A product is unavailable
  • There is an obvious pricing or description error
  • Payment has not been authorised
  • We cannot deliver to the supplied address
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity
  • A requested design is unlawful, offensive or infringes another person’s rights

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Prices include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you submit your order.

We may change prices at any time, but this will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.

If a price is clearly incorrect due to a technical or administrative error, we are not required to supply the product at that incorrect price. We will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed by our authorised payment providers.

7. Made-to-order production

Some products are produced only after an order is placed. Production time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated production or dispatch times are provided as guidance. We will contact you if a significant delay is expected.

A standard catalogue product is not treated as personalised merely because it is manufactured after an order is placed.

8. Personalised and custom products

Customers are responsible for checking all names, wording, colours, dimensions, photographs, designs and other personalisation details before submitting or approving an order.

We will produce personalised products using the information supplied or approved by you. We are not responsible for customer-supplied spelling mistakes, inaccurate measurements or other errors that appear exactly as submitted or approved.

If you supply artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks or other materials, you confirm that:

  • You own the material or have permission to use it
  • Our use of it to fulfil your order will not infringe another person’s rights
  • The material is not unlawful, offensive or misleading

We may refuse a custom request if we reasonably believe it is unlawful, offensive, unsafe or infringes intellectual property rights.

Personalised or genuinely custom-made products do not normally qualify for the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or not as described.

9. Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated times and charges are displayed during checkout.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and normally within 30 days of accepting the order.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If a parcel is returned because the supplied address was incorrect, incomplete or unavailable, we may charge a reasonable additional delivery cost before sending it again.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

If an order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at gotstuffuk@gmail.com.

10. Online cancellation rights

For eligible products purchased online, you may cancel your order without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after receiving the goods.

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the goods.

The change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to:

  • Products made to your individual specifications
  • Products personalised with a name, image, wording or design
  • Products created using customer-supplied artwork
  • Other goods legally excluded from cancellation rights

These exceptions do not remove your rights when goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Full information about cancellations, returns and refunds is available in our Refund and Returns Policy.

11. Returns and refunds

To request a return, email gotstuffuk@gmail.com before sending the goods.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it.

Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method and in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.

Returns must be sent to:

GotStuffUK Returns
7 Goyt Crescent
Stockport
SK1 2HA
United Kingdom

Please do not return goods to Towyn Market unless we have agreed this with you in advance.

12. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

We are legally required to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact gotstuffuk@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may provide:

  • A refund
  • A repair
  • A replacement
  • A partial refund

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

13. Purchases made at markets or events

For products purchased in person at Towyn Market or another event, we are not required to accept a return simply because you have changed your mind.

Your statutory rights still apply where a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

We may ask for proof of purchase.

14. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, minimum spending requirements or product exclusions.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Only one discount code may be used per order
  • Codes cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Codes cannot be applied retrospectively
  • We may withdraw a promotion where there has been an error, misuse or fraud

15. Website availability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including GotStuffUK branding, original designs, product photographs, text and graphics, belongs to GotStuffUK or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our website content or original designs without written permission.

Third-party names, characters, brands and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

17. Customer accounts

You are responsible for keeping your customer-account password confidential and for activity carried out using your account.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or a security risk.

18. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how long it is retained and the rights available to you.

19. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of your statutory consumer rights
  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

We are not responsible for business losses suffered by a consumer, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or business interruption.

Nothing in this section affects remedies available under consumer law.

20. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, postal delays, power or internet failure, industrial action, supplier disruption or government restrictions.

If such an event causes a significant delay, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise its effect. Where applicable, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund.

21. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact:

Email: gotstuffuk@gmail.com
Address: GotStuffUK, 7 Goyt Crescent, Stockport, SK1 2HA

Please include your name, order number and details of the problem. We will try to respond and resolve the matter within a reasonable time.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to our business, website or legal obligations.

The terms that apply to an order are normally those published when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.

23. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available in the part of the UK where you live.
